Prayer Target: Adhering to the Torah or following the terms of the alliance is not only protection and preservation, but also a dam against the flood of evil. The prophet Malachi, the messenger of His Covenant, reminds us of this with a big warning: what this verse is saying is that if we don’t turn back to our spiritual fathers who preached the Torah, He will curse the earth.

Scripture verse: Remember ye the Torah of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments. Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
Malachi 4:4-6

Prayer Target: Abba, we stand in the gap and we repent for transgressing your Torah, your Holy word and covenant. We confess that we have not followed or obeyed your Torah. Your word says that sin is the transgression of the Torah (1 John 3:4). We return to your Torah with all our heart! We purpose and choose to follow the Torah of Yeshua our Messiah by the power of the indwelling Holy Spirit. We ask you to have mercy upon us!  (Torah = whole bible from Genesis to Revelation.)

Scripture verse: Behold, the Lord makes the earth empty, and makes it waste, and turns it upside down, and scatters abroad the inhabitants thereof,.  And it shall be, as with the people. so with The priest; as with the servant, so with his master; as with the buyer, so with the seller, as with the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him.  The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled : for The Lord has spoken this word.  The earth mourns and fades away, The world languishes and fades away, the haughty people of the earth do languish . The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.  Therefore has the curse devoured the earth and they that dwell therein are desolate; therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned and few men are left.” (Isaiah 24:1-6)

Prayer Target: Abba, as much of the world is “sheltering in” at home right now, Abba, we choose to shelter under your wings at this time. We trust in you.

Scripture verse: He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler
And from the perilous pestilence. He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler. Psalm 91:1-4

Prayer target: Abba, as the whole world is full of anxiety and fear and as it is indeed a time of trouble, we realize that  only you are our safe place.  We are hidden and placed on a rock, the rock that cannot be shaken, our Messiah Yeshua!

Scripture verse: For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret place of His tabernacle, He shall hide me;
He shall set me high upon a rock. Psalm 27:5

Prayer target: Abba, thank you so much that you have privileged us in this world with Your peace and in you we can overcome all tribulations.

Scripture verse: These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

Prayer target: Abba, as we close the door to the din, the distractions and the noise of the world, may we take this time to look up to you, to seek your face with all of our heart, to press in and draw near to you in our prayer closets, and to press into your LIVING WORD, your GLORIOUS TORAH!

Scripture verse: Come, my people, enter your chambers, And shut your doors behind you;Hide yourself, as it were, for a little moment, Until the indignation is past. Isaiah 26:20

Prayer target: Abba, we come to you as little children, even as babes, and we lay quietly, trustingly and peacefully in your arms. We cannot fix this or solve this, we trust in you to bring us through this.

Scripture verse: LORD, my heart is not haughty, Nor my eyes lofty. Neither do I concern myself with great matters, Nor with things too profound for me.Surely I have calmed and quieted my soul, Like a weaned child with his mother; Like a weaned child is my soul within me. O Israel, hope in the LORD From this time forth and forever. Psalm 131:1-3

Prayer target: As we are all being inundated 24/7 by the media with a high octane spirit of fear and anxiety in the hearts of many, this puts in mind the case of Job. Fear has a self-fulfilling aspect within that leads to disaster. Abba we pray for the fearful. Please teach them to replace fear with faith. We cancel the permission slip of fear and we choose to walk in faith!

Scripture verse: For the thing I greatly feared has come upon me. And what I feared has happened to me. Job 3:25

Scripture verse: You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day, No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling. Psalm 91:5,10

Prayer target: Abba at this time of distress, please show people that you are the only true source of help for them.

Scripture verse: I lift my eyes to the hills – From whence comes my help, my help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth. Psalm 121:1
